.SYNOPSIS...A cold front off the Mid-Atlantic coast will move E
across the entirety of the waters later today through Wed.
Developing low pressure will move off the northern Mid-Atlantic
coast Wed night, then track NE across the northern portions later
Wed night into Thu night while a secondary cold front moves E and
SE across the waters. High pressure will build into the waters
Fri and Fri night, then persist through Sat night. At the same
time low pressure will build in to the E of the waters Sat and
Sat night.
