.SYNOPSIS...A stationary front remains N of the area today,
extending ENE from near Cape Fear. It will dissipate tonight.
High pressure will build back W near the area Wed through Thu.
Another cold front will stall and dissipate to the N of the
waters Thu night and Fri before high pressure again builds across
the area Fri night through Sat night.
