.SYNOPSIS...A weak cold front will move S into the northern
waters tonight, then become stationary across the northern waters
through late Thu. Another cold front will move S into the
northern waters late Thu night, then continue moving slowly S
across the waters Fri through Sun. Behind the front, a high
pressure ridge will gradually build S across the waters Sun night
through Mon night.
