.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Helene is near 19.9N 85.5W at 11 PM
EDT, and is moving west-northwest at 9 kt. Maximum sustained
winds are 50 kt with gusts to 60 kt, and the minimum central
pressure is 991 mb. Helene will strengthen to a hurricane near
21.1N 86.3W Wed morning, move to 22.7N 86.4W Wed evening, then
be near 25.4N 85.5W Thu morning. Hurricane Helene will be at
29.5N 84.2W Thu evening, then move inland and weaken to a
tropical depression near 34.0N 84.5W Fri morning.

.OVERNIGHT...TROPICAL STORM CONDITIONS POSSIBLE. E to SE winds
25 to 35 kt. Seas 4 to 6 ft. Scattered showers and isolated
tstms.
.WED...TROPICAL STORM CONDITIONS EXPECTED. E to SE winds 35 to
40 kt. Seas 7 to 10 ft. Scattered showers and isolated tstms.
.WED NIGHT...TROPICAL STORM CONDITIONS EXPECTED. E to SE winds
40 to 45 kt, becoming SE 70 to 80 kt after midnight. Seas 9 to
14 ft, building to 13 to 18 ft after midnight. Numerous showers
