Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...Potential Tropical Cyclone Nine is near 18.4N 82.4W
at 11 PM EDT, and is moving north-northwest at 5 kt. Maximum
sustained winds are 30 kt with gusts to 40 kt, and the minimum
central pressure is 1002 mb. Nine will move to 19.1N 83.5W Tue
morning, 20.2N 84.6W Tue evening, 21.6N 85.6W Wed morning, 23.4N
85.8W Wed evening, 26.2N 84.9W Thu morning, and inland to 30.4N
83.9W Thu evening. Nine will become post-tropical as it moves
through the southeast U.S. late Fri. Nine is expected to become
a large and powerful hurricane.

3 ft after midnight. Scattered showers and isolated tstms.
.TUE...E winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft. Scattered tstms.
.TUE NIGHT...TROPICAL STORM CONDITIONS POSSIBLE. E winds 20 to
25 kt, becoming E to SE 30 to 35 kt after midnight. Seas 4 to
6 ft. Numerous showers and scattered tstms.
