Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...Weak surface ridging over the Gulf waters will
support gentle to locally moderate easterly winds and slight
seas through the upcoming weekend. Moderate winds may pulse in
the eastern Bay of Campeche nightly through the next several
days. A cold front is forecast to clip the far NE waters Thu
into Fri with little change in winds and seas. Winds may
increase across the SE Gulf by Mon as a low pressure forms over
the NW Caribbean.

.OVERNIGHT...E to SE winds less than 5 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.
.THU...SW to W winds less than 5 kt, shifting to N in the
afternoon. Seas 2 ft or less. Scattered showers and isolated
tstms.
.THU NIGHT...N to NE winds less than 5 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.
.FRI...N to NE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. Scattered
showers and isolated tstms.

.SYNOPSIS...A non-tropical low pressure system located just E of
the forecast area near 26N53W is producing fresh to strong winds
and rough seas across the NE waters, mainly N of 25N and E of
60W. These marine conditions will persist tonight and Thu, and
gradually diminish on Fri. Expect pulsing fresh trades off the
coast of Hispaniola through tonight. Otherwise, gentle to
moderate winds and slight to moderate seas will prevail across
the rest of the basin.

.OVERNIGHT...SE to S winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. Scattered
showers and isolated tstms.
.THU...SW winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. Scattered showers and
isolated tstms.
.THU NIGHT...S of 27N, SE winds less than 5 kt. N of 27N, SE to S
winds less than 5 kt, shifting to SW after midnight. Seas 3 ft.

.FRI...S of 27N, S to SW winds less than 5 kt in the morning.
Winds N to NE in the afternoon. N of 27N, NW winds 5 to 10 kt in
the morning. Seas 3 ft in the morning, subsiding to 2 ft or less.
