Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...Ridging prevails across the area anchored by a high
pressure centered in the Atlantic. Light to gentle winds and
slight seas will prevail through most of the week. Winds will
increase later on Fri to moderate. Isolated thunderstorms are
possible across the area.


.THIS AFTERNOON...NE to E winds 5 to 10 kt in the afternoon. Seas
2 ft or less.
.TONIGHT...SE to S winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.
.TUE...N winds less than 5 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.
.TUE NIGHT...S to SW winds less than 5 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.
.WED...W winds less than 5 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.
.WED NIGHT...SW winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.

.SYNOPSIS...An Atlantic ridge extends westward along 30N to
offshore of NE Florida. This ridge will shift NE tonight into
Tue and weaken through Thu. Fresh southerly winds and moderate
seas will prevail across the waters N of 30N and W of 75W today.
Gentle to moderate winds will return tonight and continue through
the rest of the week with slight seas. Scattered showers and
thunderstorms are possible through Tue night.

.THIS AFTERNOON...S of 27N, SE winds 5 to 10 kt in the afternoon.
N of 27N, SE to S winds 10 to 15 kt in the afternoon. Seas 3 ft.
Scattered showers and isolated tstms.
.TONIGHT...SE to S winds 5 to 10 kt S of 27N, and S 10 to 15 kt N
