.SYNOPSIS...The western Atlantic ridge will persist E to W along
about 32N-33N through tonight, then build SW into the NW Bahamas
Mon through Tue, then shift NE while weakening through Thu. This
pattern will maintain moderate E to SE winds, and slight to
moderate seas, becoming moderate to fresh winds tonight through
Tue. A tropical wave will pass S of the area Tue and Tue night
to bring a modest increase in winds and seas across the
Caribbean waters.
