.SYNOPSIS...High pressure will persist to the W of the waters
today before shifting W and weakening tonight into Wed night. A
low pressure trough will persist along the California coast while
slowly weakening today through Tue before dissipating Tue night.
High pressure will rebuild W and NW of the waters Thu and Thu
night and then persist NW of the waters night into Fri night. A
coastal trough will redevelop along the California coast Fri and
strengthen Fri night.
