.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A weak cold front
will move across the waters today into tonight. A strong low
pressure system will pass to the N of the waters Thu and Thu
night dragging a strong cold front across the waters. A period of
significant swells will enter the waters from late Thu into Fri
night. Conditions improve by early Sat as high pressure begins to
build over the waters and persist through Sun night.
