.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A weak low and
associated cold front will move across the waters today into
tonight. High pressure will rebuild into the area behind the
front later today through Fri, then weaken Fri night and Sat
ahead of the next approaching cold front. The cold front will
pass across the waters Sat and Sat night. Following the cold
front high pressure will build across the waters Sun and Sun
night.
