.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...High pressure will
build E into the area tonight through Thu, then weaken while
shifting NW of the waters Thu night and Fri. A ridge will
continue across the NW portion Fri night into Sat night while
continuing to weaken. A low pressure trough will continue along
the SW Oregon coast tonight through Wed night, then slowly expand
N along the coast Thu through Fri night. The trough will weaken
and shift inland Sat and Sat night.
