.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A cold front will
move SE across the area today. The associated low pressure will
weaken as it passes N of the waters later today into Sun. High
pressure will build behind the front later today and tonight,
then persist over the waters Sun through Tue night. A second cold
front will cross the region Wed and Wed night.
