.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A high pressure
ridge over the waters will shift inland later tonight as a cold
front moves E over the waters. The front will slowly move E of
the waters Fri as high pressure approaches from the W. The high
will gradually build across the waters Fri night and Sat, then
persist through Sun night. The high will slowly weaken Mon
through Tue, with low pressure approaching from the W Tue night.
