.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A low pressure trough will
persist along the California coast today through Wed night. A
cold front will move S into the NW waters today, pass into the
central waters tonight, then dissipate Sun. High pressure will
build over the N and central waters later tonight, persist
through Mon, then weaken Mon night into Tue as a another cold
front approaches the N waters. The front will become stationary
near the northern boundary Tue night through Wed night.
