.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A low pressure trough will
continue along the California coast through Wed night. A cold
front will move S into the NW waters today, then pass into the
central waters tonight before dissipating Sun. High pressure will
rebuild over the N and central waters tonight, persist through
Mon, then weaken Mon night into Tue as a another cold front
approaches the N waters. the front will become stationary near
the northern boundary Tue night and persist through Wed night.
