.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...High pressure will remain to
the W and NW of the N and central waters through Mon night, then
shift further W and weaken Tue into Wed night. A trough of low
pressure will persist along the N and central California coast
through Sun night, then weaken Mon into Mon night before
dissipating late Tue. A weakening cold front will move into the
northern waters Wed night.
