.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...High pressure will continue to
shift W and weaken Wed night. A low pressure trough will persist
along the California coast today, then dissipate tonight. A weak
cold front will move across the N waters Wed and Wed night.
Another cold front will pass over the northern waters Thu night
into Fri. A coastal trough will redevelop along the California
coast Fri and persist through Sun night.
