.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A weak trough of low pressure
will move into the N portions this evening, then dissipate later
tonight. High pressure will build NW of the waters later tonight
into Tue, persist Tue night through Thu, then slowly shift more
NW of the area Thu night through Fri night. A low pressure trough
will develop along the coast tonight into Mon, then persist Mon
night through Fri night. Cambria NAVTEX is reported inoperable.
