  Missouri River Near Blair affecting Harrison, Pottawattamie and
  Washington Counties.

  Missouri River At Nebraska City affecting Otoe and Fremont
  Counties.

  Missouri River At Omaha affecting Pottawattamie, Sarpy and
  Douglas Counties.

  Missouri River At Brownville affecting Atchison and Nemaha
  Counties.

  Missouri River At Decatur affecting Monona and Burt Counties.

  Missouri River At Rulo affecting Richardson and Holt Counties.

  Missouri River at Plattsmouth affecting Mills and Cass Counties.

.Very heavy rainfall occurred in eastern South Dakota and northwest
Iowa Thursday night. Rainfall amounts of 4 to 6 inches were common
over a large area with some areas reporting over 7 inches of rain or
more. The runoff from this rain could potentially bring the Missouri
River, below Gavins Point Dam, well into flood stage. More rain
occurred last night, only worsening the situation. Due to the large
amount of water coming down the river, the river will not crest
until mid to late next week with some locations reaching moderate
flood stage.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you are in the watch area, remain alert to possible flooding.
