At 1121 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms,
capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. This activity was
located 19 nm east of Buoy 44025, moving east at 30 knots.

Buoy 44017.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
