Sandy Hook Reef, moving E at 30 kt.

Jones Beach, Raritan Bay, Island Park, Barnum Island, Entrance to New
York Harbor, Middle Bay, Sandy Hook Bay, and Fire Island Inlet.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
