At 845 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms capable of
producing winds up to 30 kt. These thunderstorms were located along
a line extending across New York Harbor to Sandy Hook Bay and near
Port Monmouth, moving E at 15 kt.

  Sandy Hook Bay, Rockaway Inlet, and Upper New York Harbor around
  850 PM EDT.
  Jamaica Bay around 905 PM EDT.
