Today - Red flag warnings remain in effect until 8 PM for much of
central and eastern Washington this afternoon. Winds wind
continue out of the west-southwest 15 to 30 mph gusting up to 40
mph. Relative humidities have still yet to bottom out east of
Moses Lake but that will change as dry aloft on GOES band 10

migrate southeast. Mountain wave clouds are slowly starting to
move southeast so a degree or two of extra heating may quickly
occur behind them.

the upper 70s to mid 80s tomorrow. Ridging starts to build in the
afternoon and evening hours tomorrow downstream a strengthening low
over the Pacific. By Tuesday we are fully under the influence of the
ridge with highs in the 80s and 90s. db

Wednesday through Sunday: Wednesday will start a continuous pattern
of lows passing through the Pacific Northwest into next weekend. It
will bring moderate temperatures and increasing precip chances. The
first low will be start to pass through Southern BC on Wednesday and
continue east through Thursday. The precip chances will confined
to the northern mountains for Wednesday. By Thursday, the Inland
Northwest will be on the backside of the Low. Each afternoon,
Winds will be breezy with gusts into the 30s likely. It will push
the precip chances further South to include areas along Highway 2.
Friday and Saturday will be break between systems. The next low
will move into the region Sunday morning and bring another round
of showers to the region. With moderate afternoon instability, a
weak isolated thunderstorm could form. Temperatures will fluctuate
with each system. Highs will be in the 80s to low 90s before the
system and drop into the 70s and low 80s behind the system. Lows
