.DISCUSSION...A cold front will sweep across south central
Washington this afternoon with the estimated time of arrival at
the burn site between 1300-1500 PDT. The front will only bring a
light amount of rain to the Cascade east slopes. There will also
be enough instability for an isolated thunderstorm. The cool
marine air spreading through the Columbia River Gorge will keep
RHs high. Nearby showers or thunderstorms could bring outflow
winds of 25-30 mph. It will be cooler but drier and less wind on
Thursday.

Sky/weather.........Increasing clouds, becoming mostly
                    cloudy (75-85 percent). Sprinkles or a brief
                    shower before 1000 PDT. Chance of
                    showers and a slight chance of thunderstorms
                    after 1000 PDT.
CWR.................less than 10 percent.
LAL.................1 until 1100, then 2.
Max temperature.....65-68.
Min humidity........59-64 percent.
Wind (20 ft)........West 5-8 mph increasing to 8-13 mph gusting to 20
                    mph between 0900-1300...then increasing to 10-15
                    mph gusting to 25 mph after 1300. Gusty and erratic
                    winds expected near thunderstorms.
