...THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING HEAVY RAIN WILL IMPACT NORTHWESTERN
PUEBLO COUNTY THROUGH 915 PM MDT...

At 844 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of thunderstorms
near Pueblo, moving northeast at 15 mph, which are producing heavy
rainfall, and may lead to flash flooding in flood-prone areas.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail. Flash flooding
         will be possible in urbanized areas which are prone to
         flooding.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Pueblo, Pueblo Airport, Pueblo West, and Salt Creek.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

This storm may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio
stations and available television stations for additional information
and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.
