A few hours of elevated to locally critical conditions are
expected Wednesday afternoon for NE California into Washoe County
where gusty winds combine with low humidity. Winds will weaken
after Wednesday, although daytime humidity will fall and overnight
recoveries will become poor for the latter half of this week into
the weekend.

weekend with poor to moderate overnight recoveries. Southwest
