* Special Marine Warning for...
  Coastal waters from  Suwannee River to Keaton Beach out 20 NM...

* Until 515 PM EDT.

* At 417 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located 20 nm northwest of
  Suwannee River, moving west at 15 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater and small hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect wind gusts in excess of 34 knots...suddenly higher
           waves...frequent lightning...and heavy downpours. Make
           sure all on board are wearing life jackets.

* The strong thunderstorm will remain over mainly open waters.
