.THE SURF ZONE FORECAST GENERAL OUTLOOK...

Long period swells and 2-3 feet surf heights from AL 94 in the Bay of
Campeche will lead to a high risk for rip currents at all area beaches
through Wednesday morning. Given this dangerous threat for rip
currents, a rip current statement has been issued for all area beaches
during this time.

Based on communication with area beach officials, the following flags
are flying at area beaches:

Bay...........................RED
State Park Gulf Beaches.......DOUBLE RED
West Facing Gulf Beaches......DOUBLE RED
South Facing Gulf Beaches.....RED
Franklin......................RED
