...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 845 PM
CDT/745 PM MDT/ FOR SOUTHEASTERN DUNN...NORTHWESTERN MORTON...
NORTHEASTERN STARK AND SOUTHWESTERN MERCER COUNTIES...

At 833 PM CDT/733 PM MDT/, severe thunderstorms were located along a
line extending from near Marshall to 10 miles northeast of Hebron to
near Glen Ullin, moving east at 55 mph.

THESE ARE DESTRUCTIVE STORMS FOR NORTHEAST STARK, SOUTHEAST DUNN,
SOUTHWEST MORTON, AND SOUTHWEST MERCER COUNTIES.

HAZARD...80 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
         shelter. Mobile homes will be heavily damaged. Expect
         considerable damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles.
         Extensive tree damage and power outages are likely.

Locations impacted include...
Glen Ullin, Hebron, Zap, Golden Valley, and Marshall.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 1000 PM CDT/900 PM MDT/ for
southwestern North Dakota.

This is an EXTREMELY DANGEROUS SITUATION with tornado like wind
speeds expected. Mobile homes and high profile vehicles are
especially susceptible to winds of this magnitude and may be
overturned. For your protection move to an interior room on the
lowest floor of a building. These storms have the potential to cause
serious injury and significant property damage.
