...FLOOD ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 515 AM CDT EARLY THIS
MORNING...

* WHAT...Minor flooding caused by excessive rainfall is ongoing.

* WHERE...In Wisconsin, west-central Ashland, southern Bayfield,
  southeastern Douglas, northern Sawyer and northwestern Washburn
  Counties.

* WHEN...Until 515 AM CDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Minor and short-lived flooding in low-lying and poor
  drainage areas has been reported by Sheriffs Dispatch. Ponding of
  water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1241 AM CDT Tuesday, local law enforcement dispatch
    reported ongoing flooding in Southern Bayfield and northern
    Sawyer Counties due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is
    already occurring. Between 1.75 and 2.75 inches of rain have
    fallen.
  - Southern Bayfield and northern Sawyer County are the most
    likely places to experience minor flooding.
    Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.25 inches are expected
    through 2 AM early Tuesday morning. Thunderstorm coverage
    will end over the area between 1 and 2 AM this morning.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Round Lake, Cable, Barnes, Drummond, Seeley, Namekagon Lake,
    Namekagon, Clam Lake, Spider Lake, Lake Owen, Totagatic Lake,
    Lost Land Lake, Upper Eau Claire Lake, Nelson Lake, Teal
    Lake, Grand View, Middle Eau Claire Lake, Totagatic Flowage,
    Ghost Lake and Day Lake.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
