...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT SOUTHEASTERN WELLS...EAST CENTRAL
KIDDER...FOSTER AND STUTSMAN COUNTIES THROUGH 245 AM CDT...

At 212 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Carrington to 10 miles southwest of
Pingree to near Cleveland to 8 miles northeast of Streeter. Movement
was east at 45 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Jamestown, Carrington, Medina, Kensal, Buchanan, Spiritwood Lake,
Cleveland, Bordulac, Grace City, Pingree, Woodworth, Courtenay,
Eldridge, Sykeston, Windsor, Melville, Edmunds, Chase Lake, and
Juanita.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with these storms.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
