...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT SOUTHWESTERN SIOUX...HETTINGER...
WESTERN GRANT AND ADAMS COUNTIES THROUGH 315 PM MDT...

At 233 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 4 miles south of Richardton to 4 miles
southeast of Mott to White Butte. Movement was east at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Hettinger, Mott, Elgin, New Leipzig, Regent, Morristown, Haynes,
Heart Butte Dam, North Lemmon, Burt, Heil, and Bentley.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 800 PM MDT for
southwestern North Dakota.
