Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest 1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average highest 10 percent of the waves. GMZ100-220915- 341 PM CDT Fri Jun 21 2024 .SYNOPSIS...Fresh northeast to east winds and elevated wave heights will transition over the weekend to more favorable wind and sea conditions next week. The weather will remain unsettled with isolated to scattered showers and thunderstorms developing from time to time. A disturbance in the Southwest Gulf of Mexico has a chance of developing into a tropical system over the next few days. Due to uncertainty, the current forecast does not yet incorporate less favorable winds and waves that would accompany a tropical system potentially developing this weekend into early next week. $$ GMZ130-132-135-220915- Laguna Madre from the Port of Brownsville to the Arroyo Colorado- Laguna Madre from the Arroyo Colorado To 5 NM north of Port Mansfield TX- Laguna Madre from 5 nm north of Port Mansfield to Baffin Bay TX- 341 PM CDT Fri Jun 21 2024 .TONIGHT...East winds 10 to 15 knots.
