.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...

Weak to moderate east to southeasterly winds will continue
through the weekend as a disturbance passes through the Bay of
Campeche into Mexico. Isolated to scattered showers and
thunderstorms are possible tonight into tomorrow. Expect mainly a
weak to moderate onshore flow to persist Monday through Friday of
next week. There is a low to medium chance (20-40%) of showers and
thunderstorms Monday, followed by a low (15-25%) chance for
showers through mid week.
