A lull in the strong winds is expected late this afternoon through midnight tonight. * WHERE...North Snowy Range Foothills including Arlington and Elk Mountain along Interstate 80. * WHEN...From noon today to noon MDT Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Mainly to transportation.
