...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 830 PM CDT
FOR SOUTHEASTERN VAN BUREN...WESTERN LEE AND NORTHWESTERN CLARK
COUNTIES...

At 755 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Mount Sterling,
or 8 miles southeast of Keosauqua, moving southeast at 10 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
         roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include...
Bonaparte, Bentonsport/Vernon, Farmington, Mount Sterling, Indian
Lake Park, Anson, Heath Memorial Conservation Area, and Shimek State
Forest.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
sturdy building.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
