Daytime RH`s 35-50% with light marine influence. Very low probabilities for isolated showers reaching northern Humboldt County, but greatest concern for dry lightning is focused in Lake and SE Mendocino counties. An upper trough passage will enhance NW flow Wednesday, pushing the moist marine BL further inland, including the Klamath River Valley. Cooler temperatures, persistent low ceilings and fog are likely on Wednesday with gusts up to 10 mph possible. Coastal drizzle possible late Wednesday afternoon and evening. .REST OF TODAY...
