This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for northwest Iowa, west central
Iowa, southwest Minnesota, northeast Nebraska, east central South
Dakota and southeast South Dakota.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

Low to moderate (40% or less) chances for showers and storms move
into the area late tonight into Wednesday morning. Severe weather is
not expected, but stronger storms overnight may produce wind gusts
to 50 mph and small hail along with frequent lightning.

Southerly wind gusts of 20 to 30 mph expected to continue into the
overnight period, weakening by sunrise Wednesday.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.

Moderate (40 to 60%) rain chances return Wednesday afternoon and
night. Although risk is low, a strong to severe storm is possible
during the afternoon and evening hours.

Periodic rain and storm chances continue through the weekend,
although confidence in details is low.

central South Dakota, south central South Dakota and southeast
South Dakota.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

Moderate (40 to 70%) chances for showers and storms move into the
area late tonight into Wednesday morning. Severe weather is not
expected, but stronger storms today and tonight may produce wind
gusts to 50 mph and small hail along with frequent lightning.

Southerly wind gusts of 30 to 40 mph expected to continue overnight,
weakening into the morning hours.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.

Low (less than 30%) rain chances return Wednesday afternoon and
night.

Periodic rain and storm chances continue through the weekend,
although confidence in details is low.
