The Central High Plains region observed showers and embedded storms
across Yuma county overnight across the area. At 2am MDT (3am CDT)
temperatures ranged from 64 degrees in Yuma, Colorado to 73 degrees
in Hill City, Kansas.

OUTLOOK... A cold front pushes through the area this morning which
will lead to overall cooler temperatures in the 80s and dry
conditions for the majority of the day. The cold front will retreat
to the north as a warm front tonight leading to the development of
showers and storms favoring locales south of the Interstate. Sunday
looks to see thick cloud cover continue for eastern portions of the
area for nearly the entire day resulting highs currently forecasted
in the mid to upper 70s. Outside of the cloud deck will see highs in
the mid 80s Sunday. Triple digit temperatures return to the area
on Monday.
