.SYNOPSIS...A moderate risk of rip currents is expected along east
facing reefs the next few days, with a low risk expected along all
other reefs. A moderate risk of lightning is expected over Guam today,
before the risk becomes minimal tonight and then increases to moderate
once again on Wednesday over Guam and Rota.
