...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT GRANT...BLACKFORD AND
SOUTHWESTERN WELLS COUNTIES THROUGH 1000 AM EDT...

At 930 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Swayzee, or 10 miles west of Marion, moving east at 45 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Marion, Hartford City, Gas City, Upland, Fairmount, Montpelier,
Jonesboro, Sweetser, Swayzee, Van Buren, Matthews, Sims, Converse,
Fowlerton, Shamrock Lakes, Poneto, Mcnatts, Landess, Wellsburg, and
Mount Zion.

This includes Interstate 69 in Indiana between mile markers 252 and
271.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
