.SYNOPSIS...

High pressure ridging south of the waters will result in south to
southwest winds into early next week. However, a sea breeze should
develop this afternoon. Scattered showers and thunderstorms will
develop over the area waters each day, mainly in the afternoon and
evening hours. Some thunderstorms will produce strong gusty winds.
A weak cold front will move into the northern coastal early
Tuesday morning, and then dissipate over the region by Wednesday.
Winds will transition to more east and southeast by Wednesday.
