Through 4 pm, a cluster of showers and thunderstorms will be present
across the outer Gulf waters, roughly between D and P Towers. This
cluster is moving west at 10 to 15 knots and will be capable of
frequent lightning, blinding downpours, and gusts near 25 knots.

Through 4 pm, isolated showers and thunderstorms will wax and wane
across the nearshore waters west of the Lower Keys as well as the
southwestern Straits of Florida. This activity is moving westward at
10 to 15 knots and mariners can expect brief blinding downpours,
bouts of lightning, and wind gust near 25 knots in the stronger
storms.
