* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Mississippi River at Lock & Dam 21.

* WHEN...From Monday evening until further notice.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 4:00 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 15.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    early Wednesday morning and continue rising to 18.3 feet
    Wednesday evening. Additional rises are possible thereafter.
  - Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
