Waters from Deerfield Beach to Ocean Reef FL from 20 to 60 NM excluding the territorial waters of Bahamas... At 453 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. These thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 21 nm east of Lauderdale-By-The-Sea to 13 nm east of Cape Florida to near Convoy Point, moving east at 5 knots.
