.SYNOPSIS...A light to moderate easterly to southeasterly flow
develops today and continues into Wednesday. A strengthening
easterly flow is expected Wednesday night and becomes a strong
northerly flow Thursday in response to Potential Tropical Cyclone
Nine. Tropical storm conditions will be possible over the open
Gulf waters and Choctawhatchee Bay along with seas building
significantly Thursday into Thursday night.
