.SYNOPSIS...Light southeasterly flow continues tonight, then a
light to moderate easterly to southeasterly flow follows for
Tuesday and Wednesday. A strengthening easterly flow is expected
Wednesday night and becomes a strong northerly flow Thursday in
response to Potential Tropical Cyclone Nine. Tropical storm and
hurricane conditions will be possible over the marine waters
along with seas building significantly Thursday into Thursday
night.
