.SYNOPSIS...A weak trough draped across the waters will diminish
this afternoon. A cold front will approach the far northern
waters tonight, then stall just N of the waters Thu through Fri
before lifting back N away from the area as a weak warm front Fri
night. Weak ridging will then build across the waters for Sat
and Sun. Another cold front will approach the far northern waters
late Sun night.
