.SYNOPSIS...Potential Tropical Cyclone Eight, currently centered
about 100 nm SE of Charleston, SC, will track slowly NW today,
and make landfall in NE South Carolina later today into tonight.
All marine interests should closely monitor the latest forecast
and additional information issued by the National Hurricane
Center and your local National Weather Service forecast office. A
cold front to the W of Potential Tropical Cyclone Eight will
become stationary across the area today, persist tonight through
Wed night, then move E Thu through Fri night.
